What we're looking for

We’re seeking our first digital Producer, who has previous experience in managing digital projects, can solve client problems and contribute to systems and workflows that scale.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and designers to gather client needs, bring a remote team together online, map out the project with deliverables and manage the majority of client and designer comms to help deliver work on-time and on-budget.

Within a short while, you’ll be working with high-profile clients and a tight-knit team to launch some of the most exciting projects in the design and no-code space.

What you can expect

Duties may include:

  • Autonomously manage start-up and large enterprise digital product projects
  • Work with clients and designers to clarify strategic requirements
  • Define the approach and scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)
  • Liaise with project partners and manage third party vendors.
  • Keep projects on track through clear issue tracking (we use Linear), status reports and meeting notes
  • Ensure the delivery of all project deliverables on time, on budget and of the highest quality
  • Partner with the operations team to contribute to enjoyable customer experiences
  • Lead internal and external meetings, presentations and calls, ensuring they stay on task and meet stated objectives
  • Assist with developing new business opportunities with current clients
  • Communicate project progress, issues and resolutions to the client and internal team
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to the CEO.
  • Play a dual role of client advocate and Skysoclear team advocate

Must haves

Please apply if you have:

  • 1+ year(s) of web/product design experience, either as a project manager in-house or at an agency (being a freelancer is cool too!)
  • A background as a creative problem solver and a solid basis of understanding in UX design
  • Proven experience working within the web design and development process. You don't need to know to code at all, but you have a basic understanding of how the web works is absolutely required.
  • Able to work in a creative environment where briefs are uncertain and clients have loose ideas that need to be refined
  • Incredible organisational and communication skills
  • An ability to work with the Sales and Operations teams to clarify scope and timelines on projects to keep everyone's expectations aligned
  • Right to work in the UK

What's in it for you?

  • This is a contract role (6 months) outside IR35, with the possibility to extend or make permanent
  • Hybrid working (we have a co-work space in central Southampton)
  • A Mac laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse and any additional equipment you may need for the duration of the contract
  • The opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to our mission
